Review on Rationale Groups Inc by Kyle Omaha

I have used Rational products for years and always found them to be very stable and reliable. They are also reasonably priced and are easy to work with. The interface can be improved upon but it's not bad by any means. It's not much of anything. Just use it as a tool to solve problems and you will be fine. We are using Rational Rhapsody (formerly known as BPM Suite) to manage business processes. It has been an amazing product for us. I like that it allows for easy communication with our clients as well as keeping them updated about their service requests! It's very user friendly. Sometimes you have to click multiple times before something happens but overall its great! Not much at this time. But if there are any problems they will be addressed right away by the customer support team. A must use software when working with clients. It makes sure everything goes smoothly from start to finish.
