Please stay away from this company and collar. This is an unreliable collar. I was impressed with the warranty after the first collar broke and the company sent me a new one within days, no questions asked. This collar is less than a year old. We now have collar number two and it no longer works. This means that the company does not fulfill its warranty. I sent them a video of it not working. They say my dog gnawed the collar with what they saw on the video, that's not true. She may have played with another dog while wearing the collar, but she never chewed on it. I have never found a collar to get the instant response I want from my dog. She is a golden retriever. Well mannered although he has a fondness for rabbits and squirrels. She chased a rabbit through our neighborhood. I had a very high level collar and she never responded to it. Creepy! In the end she came back to me. I checked the collar up close and she responded immediately. I need something that is 100% reliable in situations like this. We put her in the yard and worked on the verification, but she didn't answer. She was definitely no more than 1200 feet away! So if you are looking for a collar, look for a quality collar like the Dogtra that will be used by a professional trainer. Your dog is worth it!
