This light strip is advertised as being flicker-free and visually appealing. However, this only applies if you are not using the remote control module or if you are using the remote control but leave it at 100%. When the light output is set to 50% or 25% (the other two options), it flickers at a low frequency. When you do this, you may hear that the included power supply does not produce pure DC, but has pronounced high-frequency ripple. So I use a better power supply and then all you can hear is white noise, I think it's diode noise. I'm trying to replace a 24" LED strip that sits above my kitchen counter and flickers slightly at 60Hz. This product is good but not that bright. I have to scroll it back and forth 6 times to get the same light output as the light I'm trying to replace. Not that I need to adjust the power output - I could easily cook with a single CP3 light bar - but this product might be better for lighting stairs and shelves etc where brightness is less important. The photos show a solid white line. , which is mostly true, but you can personally see that there are slightly brighter spots where the LEDs are, they're about 1cm apart. No problem for me, I would buy it again.
