I love Magic Eraser products. And I love the Magic Eraser Mop. Used until it fell apart. Bought a refill, it should have been easy to change heads. However, it doesn't work with the Magic Eraser I have. The holes drilled in the replacement product do not match. So unless I want to use it as a hand scraper, it's useless. UPDATE: I contacted the company via Twitter. They responded quickly to my request and sent replacement heads. Arrived new in about a month. I managed to get one of them on the mop. It can be used, but the ruler isn't perfect yet, so there's a bit of play. Or maybe it's because you tried to force it earlier. They might work better with a different style of pen.
