I finally got tired of the inaccuracies of cheap analog/pencil gauges and the hassle of batteries for digital gauges, so I decided to buy two JACO Elite Pro gauges (0-60 psi and 0-100 pounds per square inch ). One for my wife's car and one for my truck/trailer. I had two fairly accurate digital gauges that differed by 2 PSI from each other. One broke down due to battery corrosion a few days before I ordered the JACO sensors. Another digital sensor with non-replaceable batteries was also dead. The JACO sensors arrived in about six days (free shipping). The sensors are well made and easy to read. The chuck fits snugly over the tire nipples and I haven't experienced the air loss that cheap gauges cause. These sensors actually turn on both ends of the rubber hose. No problems to use regardless of tire valve position. A bonus is the 100% lifetime guarantee. Once I received the sensors, I decided to check how accurate the readings were. I keep my wife's van tires inflated to 36psi with one of my digital gauges which has failed.) I checked the pressure in one of the tires and both JACO gauges read 35psi. exactly. See attached photo. No more inaccuracies or differences between sensors. I collected all the different tire pressure sensors that I found in the cars/garage and threw them away.
