Upfront Discount - You get what you pay for. This system does not cost $600 per unit. This is a $40 speaker. The sound was pleasant. Has a built-in equalizer. The bass sounded good. This is a good speaker with high and mid frequencies. Deep bass is not transmitted very well. Right out of the box, the battery-powered speaker lasted 3 hours and 45 minutes. It took about 4 hours to charge the device with a 5V 2A charger. The instructions were in English and easy to read and follow. I really liked the abridged mini-booklet. To find something like pairing with a Bluetooth device, it takes no more than a minute to scan it. I did not quite understand about the external antenna. This is a silver item on a black background. So it stands out. But I could receive FM radio in my house. My other speaker doesn't have an external antenna and is having trouble picking up the radio. Overall this is a great little speaker. Remember you are not spending hundreds of dollars on a top shelf or branded item. Be realistic and you won't be disappointed!
