This top is made in the Dominican Republic. Although I don't see the fabric makeup on the top itself; The listing says 60% cotton and 40% polyester. It's a piqué fabric, so not too soft. You will notice there are creases on the front and back. I'm a size 6. It measures 17.5 inches from shoulder to floor. The sleeves are 16.5 inches long from where they attach at the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the cuff. It measures 13 inches in diameter.
