They were cheap. I bought more anchor cables and threw them away because a few of them were smaller than one. I hope I get what I paid for. My wife loves the red color and the length. It roughly ends here. The outer shell has a tacky feel, not smooth and slick like braided nylon. He has great memory and has not relaxed or straightened noticeably in a week. iPad loads, no errors. I've compared the charge times to my kids' iPads and this cable charges the iPad a little over 70% when the Anker wired iPad is fully charged. Last but not least, 3 of the 4 cables ordered worked (accidentally put 2 packs in the cart, oops). Anker has gone down in quality but I would still spend the extra money on their cables. Anchors typically last 2-3 years and don't seem built to last.
