Update: The case fell apart completely after about two months of use. Two zippers flew open, the seam is torn in several places. Save money and order something else! I've only had it a few days so can't speak to durability but so far I'm loving it! I was looking for a bag to replace my bulky diaper bag now that my youngest is 1.5 and I don't need as much space. But I still wanted organizers and side pockets for her water bottles. This bag has both and is the perfect size for what I need. I'm attaching photos because I was a bit confused about what the bags looked like when I ordered them. There are three zipped front pockets - one really small for keys or whatever, one big enough for maybe a wallet and phone, and the top one is narrow but deep (perfect for a couple of diapers and a pack of tissues!). is only accessible from the back of the bag. I only gave it 4 stars because 1) I wish the backpack straps were detachable like the shoulder strap because I don't plan on using them. 2) I wish the shoulder strap was just a few inches longer because it goes too high when worn over the shoulder. And 3) I know the main pocket is on the back for security but inconvenient for everyday use.
