The power switch makes this knife almost impossible to use. It's not a simple push button like any other electric knife I've ever used. I have to pull it back like a very hard trigger so I can't "saw" or cut straight down. The knife slips out of my hand because it's so wide and I'm 6'1" so I have huge hands compared to most women. I can only get it to work with 2 hands. This causes whatever I'm cutting (turkey or chicken) to roll away from me. I'm usually very good at reading product reviews to guide my purchases, but I've never left a review before. I can't believe this slipped past me. I felt I should warn people: I don't know how anyone could make this knife work. Go in the trash!
