This thing is amazing! My ten year old daughter has seborrheic dermatitis on her scalp that looks like lullaby dermatitis. The granola was huge! She had quarter sized spots of what looked like scales and scales all over her body. There was a noticeable improvement after a week of use and a significant improvement after 2 weeks of use. The scaly patches are gone! I have to gently brush her scalp with a fine-toothed comb before each wash to loosen the dandruff, but it doesn't take as long as it used to. I've been using it on her hair for 3 weeks now and no longer see any major blemishes. She doesn't shed any more than the average person during the colder, dry months, with tiny flakes here and there. The pictures were taken before the item was shipped and don't show the worst parts of her scalp but there is a day and night difference now. It doesn't leave a pleasant smell after rinsing, but the fact that it works so well outweighs the smell. This shampoo is a miracle in a bottle!
