Review on Universal Nutrition Animal Replacement Chocolate by Jermaine Logan

High-quality meal replacement with REAL ingredients to maintain or gain weight

For many years I have only eaten animal products, especially their vitamins. (Animal Pak/Flex) I'm trying to recompose my body a bit to get ready for summer and I don't hesitate to do so. Unlike many other meal replacements, you can actually TRY the ingredients listed, and when I read the ingredient list I almost couldn't believe it - oatmeal in particular is very prominent and is usually found in a shaker. after drinking it; I lead a very active lifestyle and train hard 5-6 days a week so it's very difficult for me to hit my macros without supplements. I usually use 2 full servings of this with 2 regular meals so getting the amino acid profile and ingredients right is very important to me. It makes my macro functioning MUCH easier, and while I'm trying to lose weight by summer in a 500-750 calorie deficit, I also want to make sure I'm getting enough protein and carbs so I can get through the workout and maintain my weight. strength / muscles. It mixes up fairly easily as it's packed with dense, quality ingredients (no mixer required, works great with a regular shaker) and the chocolate is decent - compared to many other meal replacements, it's not. not loaded with sugar/filler (many other gainers are just random carb fillers, you can literally TRY this one) so it tastes more like "whole foods" than many other meal replacements, but that bodes well for me, I'm always skeptical that protein -/Meal replacement "too sweet" tastes. I also like the macro profile a bit more than some of the other gainers; Just 2 scoops for 500 calories, 49 carbs and 46 grams of protein many other meal replacements/gainers are too high in carbs. I have no digestive problems; no bloating or other "issues" (I can drink a full serving with milk without rushing to the bathroom like some other foods) and it really fills me up in the morning and after a workout. that there are only 20 portions, so 2 portions a day is only enough for 10 days. A whole month of this stuff costs about $150/month, but it's really only about $5/day, which is NOTHING for 2 perfectly portioned "meals" a day. I've only been using this product for a little over a week but I'm already seeing a healthy shift in energy levels in the gym and out. I will probably continue to take this throughout my summer haircut and beyond.
