At first I was a bit afraid of handling because there are so many. However, the instructions are everywhere: on the box, in the booklet and inside. This greatly simplifies the preparation of sushi and gives you a sense of size. Each part is labeled A1-A3 (covers), B1 and B2 (frames), and C1-C3 (base). Now you need a clean surface and the right ingredients. Seaweed has become my best friend, but rice paper works, too. I just set the base and choose the frame according to the size of the sushi I'm making. Once they're in place I put cling film on the bottom and put the rice in and then the ingredients. When that's done, I select my bodice, squeeze and shake a little, and when it's stuffed enough it takes on the shape I want. The rice shaker helps a lot and assembling is a lot easier than I thought. What I thought was impossible is made very easy with this kit and I would definitely recommend it to other beginners. All the same color and looks like plastic. However, it is thick and very easy to clean. Thank you!
