I rarely write reviews but I have to say I am impressed with these trays. They're not flimsy silicone, they're a decent thickness, fit my dehydrator perfectly, and are a lot better than hard plastic shells in my opinion (they probably won't break under heavy use either). I've made apple butter but ran out of jars so decided to make fruit bowls with leftover apple butter so I'll chill them and order these. I'm glad I did. I think they last longer than the plastic ones. The price for 4 pieces is not bad either. I will order 4 more so I can make more at once. I wasn't expecting much when I ordered them and was pleasantly surprised. :)
