Great Solution For Order Management and Customer Support

I like that it is easy to use, has many features including email alerts for new orders/inquiries etc., can be used by multiple people in my organization (i.e not just me), allows us to have different permissions with each user profile level of access which helps keep track who sees what information when we are processing an order or inquiry from our customers! It would help if there was more customization options available - some things aren't as customizable within this system compared to other systems out there. We don’t really need all those extra bells & whistles but having them could make managing your accounts easier than another product you may already know well. This works great at identifying customer issues quickly so they get resolved faster allowing time back into production workflows. Having realtime updates about open cases makes tracking projects much quicker too since everything gets posted up front instead of waiting until after hours / next day to see anything done related to one project's status update.
