The best part of this tool was its ability in handling multiple channels i-e slack & Teams as well with one account which makes it easy management across all platforms without having separate accounts or tools like Slackbot etc.. It's not much customizable but still they provide some customization options through their own API endpoints so you could create customizations if required by any client/customer requirement (as per business). I have been using vim bots since last 2 years now where we are managing our customer support tickets from within team channel itself via bot interface rather than creating new ticketing system just because there were no proper solutions available out here at that time!
