This purchase should have been made many years ago. With more and more new cars using Coil-On-Plug (COP), this tool isn't that important. But for old cars with plugs and plug wires, it is indispensable. I just did spark plugs on a Ford 4.0L SOHC. PITA for passenger side connector access, but the puller worked fine on two of the three connector wires. Used 90 degree needle nose pliers to remove the third. Two of the three on the driver's side also jump out immediately, while the third is impeded by some sort of rigid piping. The two I couldn't get with the tool weren't the tool's fault; more like Ford engineers with their collective minds where the sun doesn't shine. Get this inexpensive old-school wire removal tool. If you save yourself the trip to your local car dealership to buy a $40 wire set, you'll get your investment back 5x easily.
