The product arrived in good condition. Wearing only gloves, vacuum up all the little styrofoam. You will need rubber bushings at the top (2 pieces) and bottom (2 pieces) of your old radiator or buy a new one. Use the rubber caps provided to seal the ends of the transmission lines after removing the old lines. This will prevent leakage while you remove everything and install the new heatsink. I had new hoses and clamps, but I reused the transmission lines and clamps after cleaning them with solvent (petrol). The case fits snugly to the rear (into the bottom grooves). Filled with distilled water 50/50. I bought 2 gallons of antifreeze and 2 gallons of distilled water from Wal-Mart. So for a little over $100 I replaced the heatsink. I was offered $475 for the project. Took me about 4 hours total as the shroud was my biggest problem getting it off and back on. The cooler has been working properly since the third day. No more smell of cooling water. I also ordered a new radiator cap and filler cap complete with hoses, thermostat and clamps. When you're done, check the transmission oil level. I drove the car for five miles and then checked the fluid in the radiator. I have a radiator cap so I can open it. Make sure it's safe to open while riding with it. I had to add more antifreeze. All in all, I am very happy that I bought this Revain radiator!
