I like that it's easy enough so anyone can use it without having any prior experience with construction projects or using an accounting program in particular. It also has some great features such as being able to add notes directly into your documents which makes them much easier to find later if you need to look back at something specific from earlier. The only thing about this system we really dislike is how slow everything seems when loading new pages/documents. We're trying out different programs but nothing else comes close because of its ease of use and ability for non tech people (like myself) to easily navigate through our files while still maintaining all the information needed by everyone involved in the process. Being able to keep track of what needs done next, who did what etc., helps us stay organized since there are multiple parties working together throughout each job site.
