The most beneficial thing about working at H&K was their flexible work schedule! I loved that there were several options to choose from regarding my hours (both during weekdays as well as weekends). As an associate attorney it allowed me flexibility to balance both personal time along side professional responsibilities without compromising either category of importance. Additionally, benefits are relatively easy for employees which adds value by allowing us freedom within our financial constraints. There aren't many things i disliked; however one being they used outdated technology made communication difficult especially when dealing through email or over phone lines/phone apps. Also some people seemed unorganized due to lack of organization skills-this could be contributed towards them not using modern technologies such as social media platforms where individuals can organize themselves efficiently compared to old fashioned methods like emails etc. This may have also been caused because we had little access to outside resources since everything internally would need approval before accessing any external sources e.
