Only for cheap printing paper, not decorative paper

Just know your paper. I got this stamp to make a decorative craft. I thought they were all the same so no need to buy a more expensive one. This is a sad failure. It only works on the cheap printing paper we have. It will not rip, tear or cut all of our decorative paper.
