This is a well made and attractive massager. It comes with a booklet, a massage seat, an included remote control that is stored in a pocket on the side of the seat, and an AC adapter. The work is easy. I just plugged it in and chose how long I wanted the massage to last. The options are: 10, 20 and 30 minutes. There's an automatic mode, but the manual doesn't explain what it's for. When I tried it, it seemed like a regular massage. The seat has no massage effect; it only offers vibration and heat, and that's my least favorite aspect of this massager. However, the back massager itself is wonderful. I have a choice of upper, full or lower back. I love the fullness and the bottom where it meets my lumbar region. I could sit with this massage all day. In summary, I think it's great for a back massage, especially for the lower back. The manual is missing places because it doesn't explain what the automatic mode does, nor does it explain where heat or vibration is applied. I only felt heat and vibration in the seat. However, the current price of $82.26 is quite competitive. This is one of the nicest seated massagers I've ever tried.
