Bought this product because of the wireless charging feature. The sterilization aspect was my second reason for buying it. The box itself looks like good quality plastic but the instructions confused and disappointed me. The writing in the instructions is microscopic and very difficult to read. It's obvious that this was written by someone who doesn't speak English well. I can understand that if the product is not made in the USA [it was made in China] the manufacturer of the product may need help writing instructions, but that doesn't appear to be the case with this item. Very little is said about the wireless charging function, but there are many instructions on the sterilization process, but it still confuses me. I bought two of these. I'm keeping one because I threw the box away too quickly and I'm sending the second one back. I'm sure it might be a good article but I doubt I'll ever use it as the fine print is difficult to read and the instructions are confusing.
