Well designed MIG torch for welding equipment and accessories
First of all, this is a well made product that performs as intended for a MIG welder. It does not fit the Harbor Freight Titanium welder directly, but can be modified to make it work. It has a 4-pin DIN connector while the HF has a 5-pin. I changed them and it worked. The second difference is the main connector. It's shorter by about 4mm to fully snap into place. I was able to use a dremel with a cutting wheel to carefully cut off part of the base as shown in my second photo. Now it works 100% as it should. Difficulty rating 7 out of 10 due to soldering this connection and looping the connector.
- Use standard Lincoln/Tweco 21 series front consumables, 11 series tip and 35-40-15 liners. Ready-to-feed welding wire diameter .030-.035
