Workhorse! We shred hundreds of pages every business day, dozens of pages at a time. He didn't break. We use oil leaves as needed, 1-2 times a month, and they help lubricate the "teeth" and keep them smooth. One star less because: The shopping cart fills up quickly. With the volume we have, the basket had to be emptied several times a day. It shouldn't be a problem if you're shredding less than 100 pages a day.
