I really liked the idea of this system less cleaning. Also, when I use it with my motorcycle, I can buy a bottle of water or ice tea, plug it in and drink when I'm on long rides, and then throw it away when I get home or wherever. The backpack came very quickly and it was great and you can tell right away that the backpack itself is made of quality material. Not only that, the actual black part (not where the water bottle goes) was a lot roomier than I expected. The ONLY reason I only give it 3 stars is because there are no adapters for larger bottles (Lipton ice tea sizes to Nalgene bottle sizes and up). This means I can only use standard water bottle sizes, which is very limiting and frustrating as I have multiple Nalgenes and want to use them primarily with this system. I hope to contact the company and rectify the situation. If so, you will definitely see this rating changed to 5 stars. Update: I contacted Revain customer support and in an EXTREMELY short amount of time they responded and a brand new unit was shipped to me overnight, now it's here. (all parts included) and I couldn't be happier. I tested it a bit, put in a large bottle of Lipton, dropped it, filled a bottle of Nalgene and used that too. No leaks with the block or any of the adapters. I'm completely sold. I also have to say that's why I use Revain so much for shopping, these guys are the best! 5 stars across the board
