Very very dry hair

my hair is very very healthy, i have never dyed my hair permanently. This shampoo lightens my hair but it looks so unhealthy until I take my next shower and use my special shampoo and conditioner from the beauty feature. I actually visited my mom the day after I used the shampoo and conditioner together and my mom asked when was the last time I showered. It's just not good for your hair, it just makes it lighter.
