It's decent and seems to help prevent some damage from discoloration and even creates a nice aura of color. However, I will admit (I'm surprised no one else has done this before) that you have to be very careful when washing dishes. Getting purple out of your hair can be difficult, and you may end up with some purple streaks. If you want to try this, it's best to try when you're out of work the next day. That way you don't feel embarrassed if you get purple streaks.

This product has really helped me lighten my hair! He has definitely gotten rid of the yellow tones! But you MUST PREPARE ANOTHER MOISTURIZER. This product worked so well and after the second wash my hair was a little frizzy. I also bought a conditioner but it didn't help too much. I have curly hair, that could also be the reason! my hair is very very healthy, i have never dyed my hair permanently. This shampoo lightens my hair but it looks so unhealthy until I take my next shower and use my special shampoo and conditioner from the beauty feature. So I didn't know what to expect from this product but I love a little bit of John Frieda so I was excited. LISTEN! The result after 1 wash is putting it mildly! I applied it DIRECTLY to my blonde buns and my hair was instantly transformed! I had to wash out the SHAMPOO a few times with regular shampoo because it worked so well. If you use it for weaving to tint it, I recommend using the watercolor method to avoid smearing stains. Instant Results! Small things have a big impact!

is not a miracle shampoo, after 2 or 3 washes I get the color I was hoping for. The shampoo slowly removes the copper and gives me a nicer lighter shade. I find it lightens my hair color a bit after each use. Not the best I've had in my years, but not bad if you don't expect unrealistic results.
