The most interesting part for me was how it helped us understand our customers better in terms of their needs and requirements. Also, I liked its ability to handle multiple clients within one account which made things easier for my team. It's not easy to find software like this nowadays as there are so many other tools available out there but I must say Sapien has been very helpful. As far as price point goes - it can be quite costly if you have more than few accounts or clients (which we do). We used it mainly for marketing automation purposes.
