Review on NorthSide Metrics by Dale Toth

I love that this software does so much for my business! It helps me track everything from website visits to customer engagement through social media posts and emails - it's been an amazing tool since we started using it about 3 years ago. There are some features that could be improved but nothing major. If you're looking into marketing automation/CRM products like this one then go with them because they do what their promises say without fail. We use NSM mainly as a CRM system (we have other tools too) but also pull information directly off of it when needed which has saved me time previously spent writing stuff down manually. The best feature by far would be being able to add notes or comments right next to each contact record instead having to create new tabs just for those entries. This makes finding specific contacts easier than pulling up multiple pages at once if searching via email address alone.
