Could buy more Brackets

Rusty dripping water from bolts after just one storm. To avoid this, you need to buy all new stainless steel screws. I'm going to buy nuts that install in the handles so I can easily remove the top of the rack. Rubber bumpers for tires that are very difficult to refit would be a big plus if the rack came with new ones molded to match the rack. Weak design staggers even with low weight.
