As other reviewers have said, you do not receive the product IN THE PICTURE. The tweezers pictured were my absolute favorite but they must have been discontinued for it , like I haven't been able to find anywhere in years, looks like they made a new version, here with four diamonds a bit wider, they work about the same as the old ones, my only problem is the fact that it's wider , it hurts me to use my fingertips. You really should update the photo! The price was good for what I got. I want to stress that these tweezers are pretty much only for plucking hair, especially eyebrow hair. My friend has tried using them for things like splinters and whatnot, these are not medical tweezers.
