This will help me continue with real reviews of the products I bought. I have used the WaterPik to purify water at home for many years, but now I need a portable irrigator for traveling from home. How is it: Answer a few questions I had about the product) * Clean product design with bayonet fitting filler cap and device cap provides excellent protection * I chose this over an oral irrigator because it runs on a rechargeable battery. * Charging was easy. Flossing worked the first time and I've used it six times so far * I really like this device as it's so easy to use and very intuitive to program. For example, there are four floss settings: Normal/Soft/Pulse/Nasal, and when the floss is first turned on, it defaults to the normal settings. You can change the settings by pressing the mode button while brushing. Flosser starts with the last used setting. I found this helpful as my dentist recommended using a soft setting for water flossing. *The flip function of the floss tip is convenient because you don't have to unscrew the tip for storage after each use I don't want to take the case on a short trip just for one person * This product can also be used for sinus irrigation, but I will never use it so someone else can tell us how well this feature works. As for me, I'll stick with a neti pot for sinus irrigation. * The coupon that cuts the low price even further was nice too :) Dislikes: * I'd rather have the charging ports on the other side of the water tank to fill with water during use. It's not that I'm someone who would want to charge while in use, I just think it would solve many of the potential issues that can arise from constant exposure to water and moisture on the charging port. * For some reason the bayonet fitting of a filled water tank is very difficult to use. I'm not sure if it has to do with the tightness of the gasket or something else. It's not a big problem, but it's so tight that sometimes I didn't even latch the water tank because it was already so tight to the gasket. * It has been noticed that the floss appears to leak water when additional pressure is applied to the tip. The solution was to not press the tip against the tooth. * The charging cable is a very good product, the responder would have liked it if we had two so one was a spare * Very small but from the photos you would think you might get six tips instead of the five provided. Yes, I would buy this product again and recommend it to friends. Wearable isn't as simple as durable, but it's wearable.
