Six weeks ago my wife talked me into trying Fidyn No Bite after all my nails were down or almost down. I was amazed at how well it worked, because honestly it's not that bad, and besides, I've been using it more casually. After the first use my hands came close to my mouth about half a dozen times and the taste scared me and I lowered my hand. It wears off after a few hours so you'll have to reapply it, which I faithfully did for maybe a day and a half. After that I only used it when I remembered, so every other day, then every third day, then once a week and now never. But I found that when I put my hand to my mouth, I remembered the taste, when in fact there was no taste. A hit and I have plenty left if I ever start biting again. Good product.
