Mixes with almost everything except spicy!

I've been using this for years, thinking there must be something better than the artificially flavored protein powders you find in big department stores. Best advice - don't add this to anything hot or you'll end up with tiny, nasty, cheesy gobs. I love it in my morning coffee but add it to a cup of coffee and a dash of cold milk. A battery operated frother is great for this and yes, it makes great froth! Alternatively, I mix it in a large batch with the NutraBullet (3 scoops in 16 ounces of milk gives me about 1 serving of protein per ounce). . Mixing the night before will help it dissolve completely and give the foam time to settle. My dad is recovering from a hospital stay and has trouble eating so we add this to every glass of milk. He likes milk with whey protein even more because it's creamier and easier to digest. I've added it to instant pudding and even jelly (mix with cold water before adding hot water with jelly powder) and it has worked well. I haven't tried baking with it yet, but my dad's nutritionist suggested putting it in everything from cookies to muffins. I think if I dissolve it in the liquid ingredient before mixing and baking it should work just fine. Needless to say, it's great for cocktails. spoonful of powder, 6 ounces of yogurt, 1/4 to 1/2 cup of frozen fruit, and some milk. Even if he doesn't eat it, dad gets enough protein to consider it a decent meal. My rarely hungry daughter also drinks smoothies if she doesn't like anything else. One final note: I appreciate single source protein as I've been told to avoid soy (a breast cancer survivor) so most protein bars are "eliminated". " for me. As other reviewers have said, I would give this six stars if I could!
