I love my apple series 6 gps watch. It's comfortable, attractive on my hand. So easy to use. This is my second Apple Watch. The battery lasts longer than the first 38mm. I don't have to charge it every day. I like the ECG option and I like the breathing option. I pause and breathe for 7 breaths as instructed. I can also measure my heart rate. This is important for people with heart disease. I'm an older woman but bought the 44mm display this time because the display is easier to read and doesn't look clunky on my wrist. It's also easy to sync with workout apps.
