Review on Computicate PSA by Jacob Diego

The ease of use, as well how quick it was set up in our organization; no errors or glitches with implementation. I would like there were more options available within each module if we needed them such as calendars/meetings etc., but other than this everything has been great! We are able to quickly pull information from people who have left us employment via Workday into an Excel spreadsheet so they can easily be contacted by others when necessary without having their work email address out where everyone else could access. I like the ease of use and the fact that it is cloud based. I don't like that it is not as easy to use as other PSA platforms. It is a little bit more difficult to figure out how to use. I also wish it was more user friendly. I think that it is a great product and I would recommend it to other companies. I am solving the problem of not having a PSA system. We are now able to keep track of our PSA and it is easy to use.
