I recently moved into a new apartment with my own little yard and my goal was to make a nice yard to spend the summer in. I have a table, chairs and a parasol but what was really missing was the lighting. The problem I had was that there are no outlets in the back. I wanted something prettier and found these solar powered garlands. They had to be installed from the east - I hung them and they bring so much light into my garden! They are not only practical but also beautiful and make my garden look cuter than before. The lights come with a remote control to turn the light on and off and there are various settings for how fast/slow you want the light to flicker. I personally like them to stay simple, but I think it would be fun if they blinked when I'm throwing a party. I can't wait to sit in my newly decorated backyard with the lights on all summer long! I bought little hooks here at Revain to hammer the bricks in and then just hooked the light on and there was a clip behind each bulb so it was really easy and as they are solar powered the lack of sockets wasn't a problem for them me.
