The assembly instructions could be better and the screw packaging should be better labeled. It helps to read all of the instructions before starting, that way you could learn that the right side and the left side of the rocker are different pieces. Similarly, remove the screws from the packaging and label each size (A, B, P, etc.)So far I have only assembled one rocking chair, but am very pleased with it. It took me 25 minutes, but I am sure that I could do the second chair in 15. In any event, I decided to do the table next and found out that screw "P" wasn't long enough. Using the contact information found in the box, I e-mailed Furniwell Service, who claimed that they would FedEx me a new package of screws.While Furniwell sent me the FedEx tracking number, FedEx never received the package and Furniwell didn't respond to my follow-up e-mails. After waiting two weeks, I called Revain, who is arranging to have screws sent to me. Very frustrating.Addendum: Furniwell finally responded to my complaint, 17 days after promising to send me new screws. They said the warehouse had lost the screws and they were out of stock.
