They arrived on time and were well packaged. I like the case that comes with them. They came with a charging cable, an extra earbud, an ear pouch and ear loops. The ear loops are a little cheap and break very easily, but I have extra strong ear tips from another ear tip that I use instead. much more expensive but still affordable but it has half the lifespan of them. They work forever without recharging! I really only use them a few hours a day, maybe 4 at most, but I haven't had to charge them more than once a week. For me, this is the biggest plus of them. I have 2 so I will always have 1 charged and waiting to be used. I turn them over so I know which is which. And I keep my Plantronics charged and with me as a backup. The Link Dream's sound isn't as good as my other one, but still good enough that the difference is minimal. I've been told that the sound on the other end on a phone call is good with no background noise or anything like that. Haven't tried the dual listen feature yet, but will update when I do. It's a bit clunky to use, but still reasonably light, comfortable, and doesn't seem to want to fall out. Overall it was pretty close to 5 stars which I rounded up based on durability and price in terms of sound quality, features and extras. .
