Review on 🐶 Classic Dog Anxiety Jacket by Thundershirt by Jason Selby

I recently adopted a Black Mouth Cur rescue dog who suffers from severe separation anxiety. My vet suggested trying this vest in combination with some intense obedience training. I was hopeful when it arrived after reading all the great reviews. I don't know why, unless it recently went down. The production must have been outsourced to a place with cheap materials and labor because the shirt is absolutely awful and useless. I immediately noticed how bad the quality is. It's just a cheap, extremely thin, shapeless material that wouldn't even make a good cleaning cloth. It is not "jacket" or even sweatshirt material. The velcro began to unravel within a week, the seams stretched slightly. My dog weighs 66 kilos. He was not affected in any way and the sound of the velcro when removing his shirt is very loud. I think he quickly bandaged the shirt to the horrible noise and sat or lay down when I tried to put it on him. It's also uncomfortable to wear. Training, practice and patience are far more useful than this useless piece of cloth. $45 is outrageous. To return. Save money and time!
