My husband and I bought this carrier for our cat. We booked this carrier for an overland trip and decided it would be nice to be able to carry our kitty as a backpack when we went sightseeing. The product idea is great, but the design was poorly done. The bottom of the stretcher sat right in the middle of my back and after carrying my cat for a few minutes my back hurt badly. My husband also agreed that the backpack was very uncomfortable and caused back pain as well. In addition, after a week of use, the seams in the front opening have already come undone. Another great product idea, but in need of improvement in terms of quality and design. !
