way to use this as an OEM interface for various manufacturers. So far I've used it to record transmission characteristics from GM vehicles a few times. Keeps income at home and does not require subletting for programming. I did not seek technical support as I learned how to use the product through trial and error. I work for a retailer and the troubleshooting is similar but knowing they have support I am considering continuing to use this brand's product.
