I have an upside down fork with Tektro E-Comp brakes. This is an adapter that extends the flat fork mount by 40mm and allows you to convert from a 160mm front rotor to a 203mm front rotor. Today I put Tektro 203mm rotors on the bike and just slammed on the brakes and it works great. I am satisfied with this product. It's confusing from the description but I hope it helps. Make sure you use the blue screw lock so the screws don't come out (Locktite). I've upgraded the pads to a p20.11 pad (from p10.11) and it's great and by the time I upgrade to Shimano 4 piston brakes I'll have a decent upgrade.
