Review on Dexter Duo Edge Santoku Style Chefs by Ellen Chase

I loved this knife for the year it was sharp. The handle is very comfortable for me with a disability. For now, though, I've achieved what I think is called "guntons" of combs in a knife. It can no longer be properly sharpened. Instead of offering me a new knife, the company offers to send them my $40 knife to sharpen. Anyone who uses knives as often as I do knows that more than sharpening a knife that I have to send to the company is pointless. Hats off to you, Dexter Russell, for not standing behind your knives!
