This antenna is definitely better than the stock antennas, but a few criticisms keep it from getting 5 stars.1. This is a directional antenna, but there is no indication of which side is "front". You need to know how to point it (if you want omnidirectional coverage, it's not an antenna). In my case, the router is at the end of the house, so I only need one-way coverage. This has improved by approx. 5 dB.2. The mount does not rotate 180 degrees. So if the front panel isn't pointing in the direction you want, you'll need to reorient your router to properly align the antenna. It might not look like it on the shelf. To solve these problems, I opened the case and the front was the side with the logo. I then had to pry off the swivel mount to align it so the front was facing the connector. I had to tape it to keep it from wobbling.
