I like that this software is easy enough for any employee in my organization who has minimal experience using it, but can also be used by more experienced users as well if needed/desired (as we have multiple people doing different things within our department).

The interface could use some work; however there are many features available which makes training easier than ever! This program helped us improve upon existing processes around handling PCI DSS compliant data storage & protection while improving security awareness among employees through increased education efforts such as webinars or other means outside-of-classroom learning methods - these were very successful overall!!
