The most useful feature of this software was its ability to track my clients' bookings in one place, which made it easy to see their progress through each stage of booking process as well as any potential issues along with them. It also allowed me access all information about these reservations at once so I could make sure that there's no mistake or error before processing payment/confirmation emails from customers. This program has been very good when working online but not great if you have more than 1 computer connected because sometimes they would disconnect without warning (which causes some problems). So be patient and don't get frustrated! You can use it anywhere anytime by having your internet connection available. We were solving our problem of tracking client reservation status. Also we used it to send confirmation email automatically after making payments using CCKs. And then later it became easier to manage customer complaints via ticketing system.
