Review on 🔌 DATA COMM Electronics 45-0031-WH Recessed Low Voltage Media Wall Plate with Built-in Duplex Receptacle - White by Brian Weese

This is what I need - socket and passage, in white. It looked like it would work and didn't require a bolt mount (which was - and always will be - a problem as the socket is slanted). I measured (twice) and cut a hole. I put the plate against the wall. I reattached the brackets (first I had to loosen the screw a bit - that took 10 seconds) and then tightened. Perfect! The plate and box are made of plastic, but strong enough to withstand some pressure and impact. The outlet is powered from the rear, which is handy for the sty (since you have more room in the box for the rest of the cords, rather than fighting for real estate on the side of the outlet). In general I am very satisfied.
