Edited: I've emailed you and let you know. They were very attentive and helpful. They offered a replacement or refund. Seinfeld, we have more, I received a refund and it's already on my Revain account. I'm updating this as the customer service has been great! We bought this product for my iPhone when the iPhone cables died. The gray one we have in our living room lasted about a week and now it won't charge my phone. The one in my car seems to be working for now.
